Ideal Client :

An executive, emerging leader, or entrepreneur in any industry, who is motivated to transform the way they lead, open to feedback, and willing to take action to achieve their goals. I enjoy working with clients who may have been technical experts in their field and subsequently rose to a leadership position or decided on a path of entrepreneurship. These clients usually understand their job's technical and practical aspects but need help with the "people" side. I also have a passion for helping those who are new to executive leadership roles within their organization. Overall, an ideal coaching client is someone who is ready to take ownership of their life by investing time, effort, and resources in the coaching process.

I coach ambitious professionals who:

  • Feel like they have tried everything in their current toolbox and need new tools

  • Want to be honest and transparent, willing to share their thoughts and challenges openly and honestly

  • Are committed to being fully present during sessions and completing the action steps they have been assigned

Monthly Coaching Rate and Call Structure

I work with clients on a 3 or 6-month basis and offer two to three sessions each month. All sessions are 60 minutes and include video messages from me that reiterate the assignments from the most recent coaching session. I also provide access to peer-reviewed journal articles and literature as requested and I do two weeks of email follow-up support at the end of the agreement. A 3-month engagement is ~$6,000 and a six-month engagement is ~$10,000 depending on the client's needs.

Current Capacity/Desire for Additional Clients 

Currently my capacity for clients is low, I'd be willing to accept 1-2 clients . However, I have some engagements ending in August 2023, so my capacity will open up at that time.
