Pardon The Interruption

It’s interesting the things we come up with. I have to wonder what it would be like to be God, having people give you their ideas of what their lives should look like. How many plans do you think he’s been presented with in your life alone?

3.) Compartmentalize
Think of every compartment and component it takes to make your organization run. Begin brainstorming on how you will celebrate each department starting from the bottom making your way up to the top.
4.) Progress Reporting
If there are people in your organization who’ve been there for a significant amount of time, show them where they USED to be. Show them how far they’ve come WITH you.
